Where do you ship to?
We ship from Philadelphia, PA, to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).
How long until I get my package?
We ship your orders within two business days; the rest of the shipping time depends on the location of the buyer and the method chosen for shipping. Generally, it takes 2 to 5 business days.
How much does the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders above $100. For orders under $100, we offer USPS Ground and UPS Ground shipping, with costs varying based on your cart size and shipping address.

How can I get a refund?
- Damaged or Expired Items: If an item is damaged or expired upon arrival, please email us at online@saharaus.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
- Out of Stock Items: If an item in your order is out of stock, we will automatically process a refund for that item and ship the rest of your order. You will be notified of this refund via email.

How do I place an order?
Add the products you would like to purchase to your cart, then click on the cart icon in the top right corner. Proceed to checkout and fill out your contact information and address. Click "Continue to Shipping" and select your preferred shipment method. Click "Continue to Payment," enter your payment method, and then click "Place Order!"
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don't need an account to shop with us, but creating one will help you easily track your orders and receive quicker assistance.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item in your order is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, we will automatically process a refund for that item and ship the remaining items in your order. You will be notified of the refund via email
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Please get in touch with us immediately at online@saharaus.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders within 2 business days, and once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes
